Description: The wastewater and water reuse industry continues to advance the scientific understanding of the risks, fate and transport, and management of PFAS. This fundamentals session will provide an overview of basic concepts and issues associated with the presence of PFAS in municipal wastewater and the role that public utilities play in implementation of management approaches to protect public health and the environment.
