Pasquel, Fernando
Fernando is a Water Resources Manager with over 30 years (old guy) of experience developing and implementing green infrastrucrture, stormwater, and flood risk management programs. He is Arcadis National Director for Stormwater and Watershed Management. He currently serves as Chair of the Advisory Committee of WEF’s Stormwater Institute and is a past-chair of WEF’s Watershed Management Committee. He was also a contributing author for two Water Environment Federation (WEF) publications: User-Fee Funded Stormwater Programs and Green Infrastructure Implementation. He is currently leading the development of a new ASCE/WEF manual of practice for Operations & Maintenance of Stormwater Controls that will be published next year. Fernando received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
