Administrator Capitol Region Watershed District
Mark Doneux has over thirty-five years of experience in the water resource field. He has been a watershed district Administrator for over 22 years, serving as the Administrator of the Capitol Region Watershed District since 2003. As Administrator, Mark oversees all CRWD operations, including 22 staff, and manages the CRWD $11.0 million annual budget and work plan. District operations include a regulatory program, stormwater research, watershed education, BMP operation and maintenance as well as owning, operating and maintaining a six-mile-long regional storm sewer system. The District also implements capital improvement projects and provides grant funding for water quality projects.
